Cyndi's Whip Cream "Whippie"

Whippie is the sweetest baby and he stole my heart from the moment I received him. His breeder has kept in touch with me the whole time I have had him and we have been monitoring his undescended boy parts. I had false hope I guess but finally have decided to close down my white breeding program due to the lack of Whippie's testicles and the passing of our beautiful Coconut. Whippie is still a puppy and very playful. He is not past the age of bonding as he absolutely loves everyone. He is even fine with every dog he meets. This loss of mine is big gain for anyone looking for a gorgeous and tiny white poodle. He weighs right at four pounds  and he stands nine inches tall. He has a square conformation too! Whippie is fully vaccinated, was DNA tested clear through parentage, microchipped, AKC but the AKC papers will not be released until proof of neutering. He needs a strictly pet home. He will not breed, no testicles and is sterile. He is under a year still.
