The best food is not always the easiest thing to come by.

I make my dog food. This is not an option for everyone and it certainly is not the most convenient option. Feeding a homemade, age and breed appropriate raw balanced diet to your Toy poodle is not cheap. It comes with a price tag and it comes with a little stress at times as well. I'll admit, there are times that I just dread making my dog food. There are times that I question if I am doing it right.  I have to remember, we don't eat a well balanced meal times three each and every day. We also know better than to go eat at McDonalds every day as well. 

If you take a deep breath, relax and know that you can do it, it is totally worth giving a try. If you want to feed the best food but cannot afford to, there are options! Here are all the different things to consider:

Commercial raw meals
Freeze dried meals
Commercial partially cooked meals
Freeze dried pieces mixed with kibble
Canned
A mixture of part raw and part kibble
